The "Ghanams" of Houch Al Ghanam

Al Haush is nestled in the village of Houch Al Ghanam, a charming place with abundant green grass, particularly innumerable plants and animals, along with the "Ghanams": a flock of sheep like the Awassi breed and the local breed.
The Awassi is a triple-purpose breed for meat, milk, and wool that is well adapted to the unfavorable weather conditions. It is considered as one of the most popular breed in the Levant and in the Bekaa in particular, can thrive in cold weather, and are not only heat resistant, but are also great milk producers. We are now proudly producing yogurt and white cheese from fresh sheep milk from Al Haush’s farm.
Five little lambs have been born this spring, waiting for you to give them lots of cuddles.

Adventure across Al Haush Easter Trail! Join in on the traditional deer feeding session and vegetable / herbal garden visit, adventure out into our wild egg hunt, meet new hatched baby Chicks and baby Lambs who call Al Haush “Home”. We have everything you need to have a cracking time!

It’s the time for connecting and celebrating life, love and family in the making of “Maamoul”

The Easter holidays are fast approaching, and our different workshops are the perfect place for you and your children to get creative and learn.
In addition to our year round agri workshops, we present you our special Easter workshop which teaches how to make delicious Maamoul using Al Haush honey and homemade ghee. Come and join us for some messy fun; places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment!

Take in the sights, sounds and smells of AL Haush from sunrise to sunset

Whilst the sun is out make the most of a day at our Farm. Our agri tour will feature a number of farm visits, which include a visit to the herbal and vegetable garden, the orchard, feeding the animals and more. We are proudly growing the best products around from tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, olives, raspberries, blackberries and so much in between.
Join us for a delightful breakfast and dinner on our beautiful patio. When you dine at Al Haush, rest assured that you are getting the freshest products directly from our estate. Authentic agricultural traditions meet magical moments all in one place at one time!
